I've already told you about GinaK's current Stamps for a Cause set, How Sweet It Is. (If you didn't see that post, it's a stamp set from which $7 per set sold goes to fund diabetes research.) Here's a simple birthday card made with How Sweet It is.
I stamped the image in Adirondack Pitch Black ink and colored it with the following Copic markers: R11, RV34, Y38, YG11, BG11, W1, W2, and 0. I also used the clear, pink, and melon Spica Glitter pens. Cardstock used is Neenah Solar White, and Prism Frosted Teal, Blush Red Light, and Black.
Background is CHF's Pretty Pattern, stamped in Adirondack Aqua ink. Black button is SU, and 1/8" wide black grosgrain is from Reasonable Ribbon. The detail picture makes it a bit easier to see the shimmer of those Spica glitter pens--I love them!
In reference to yesterday's post, I am working on a tutorial on scoring a background as I did on the Perfect Summer's Day card. I'll post it here as soon as possible. Thanks!
