Tonight I finished a card that I'd colored the image for a few days ago, Stamping Bella's Wuffin' It Up. Isn't this a fun stamp? I didn't have any dog stamps, and I thought that in order to be a well-rounded stamper, I needed at least one.
For the background I used Prism Suede Brown Dark cardstock and embossed it with a Fiskars paw prints texture plate. I used Tawny Dark cardstock to create little dog collar from and pierced it to resemble stitching. The buckle is SU's Hardly Hardware in Pewter. The sentiment is a computer generated font, Jokerman, die cut with a labels die (Spellbinders).
To color the image, I used Copic Markers in the colors shown below. (If you've read my blog for long, you probably already know that the clear blender with the blue mark on the end is my custom-mixed color of B000 and 0--a very pale blue that blends easily into the white of the cardstock.) I had fun coloring this image! I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
