It's What You See

I have a relatively simple card to share tonight, one of my CHA samples using the new Spellbinders Labels 4 Die Template. I chose a  sentiment from a Wordsworth Men Collection for the focal image and stamped it in Versamagic Red Brick ink. Next I used a fine-tip marker (Bravo Burgundy/SU) to draw an inside line before embossing the image. (It's easier to get a clean line before you emboss than after.)

Papers are more of the ones from my "use-it-don't hoard-it" collection, K & Company's Hannah Scrap Pad.  Ribbon is 1" Seashell silk, my favorite for tying bows since the knot isn't bulky.

This card is so gorgeous, Debbie!! I love the DP and can see why you're tempted to hoard it, lol. The pearls, the silk ribbon and sentiment all add to the elegance of this lovely card!! Thanks for the wonderful tip about outlining before embossing. I definitely will be using that one in future.

The colours and the use of these dies make this an absoulutely fantastic card. I only wish I lived in the U.S.A.
