Welcome! Today I made a card for a friend. You know how some cards just come together for you? Well this one did not. Seriously, I think I must have Spring fever! I tried several layouts and paper combinations before settling on the ones that I used here (from the Cosmo Cricket Odds and Ends Mini Deck), and tried a couple of different ribbons as well.
For stamps I paired two Just Rite Stampers sets together--the Charmed cling set and the newer A Warm Hello Borders and Centers set. I love that any of the 1-5/8" centers will work with the Charmed set--it increases my options, and we all like options! To cut the stamped red heart frame, I used the Charm dies. For its two mat layers, I used the Spellbinders Nested Hearts set. The border at the bottom of the card was cut with a Grand Labels Four die template, and the sentiment circle with Standard Circles Small. That little taupe pearl swirl is from Zva Creative (PE-03CA-112).
Want to see the ribbon that I tried first and took off? I liked its size, but it seemed too yellow for the cream on the rest of the card.
