Welcome! Today I have a birthday card for you using Papertrey Ink's Daydreamer set and Cosmo Cricket's Odds and Ends Collection (Remnant and Sampler), as well as a chance for publication--see the last paragraph for more information on that! Cardstock is Rustic White and Pure Poppy, and ink is PTI's Pure Poppy, Spring Moss, and Versamagic Turquoise Gem. I added a bit of glitter with a glue pen and some Prisma Glitter.
Tag is stamped with PTI's Tiny Tags set. I used three Spellbinders dies as well: Nested Lacey Pennants for the tag, Grand Labels Eleven for the polka-dotted layer, and the new Lace Doily Motifs for the lace layer on top of the dotted layer. The narrow twill was some that I picked up in Boston, so I don't have a source for it. The paper clip is a Tim Holtz mini clip, and buttons are PTI White and Vintage Cream Vintage Buttons.
Now, how about a chance to get a card published in CARDS magazine? If you will go over to the Cosmo Cricket Blog, you will find the sketch for the card above here. If you will create a card using the sketch and link it to the post on the Cosmo Cricket Blog by August 27, the editors of CARDS magazine will select a winner for publication. You can found out the winner on September 3, on the Cosmo Cricket blog. So, what are you waiting for? Go create!
