I'm in the midst of making a batch of samples with some upcoming releases this weekend. Tonight I thought I'd post a bracelet that I made a few weeks ago, but you haven't seen yet; it's one that I meant to write up step-by-step instructions for and just haven't had a chance. They are pretty simple anyway!
I started with a bracelet blank kit (available in antique silver or antique brass) and two Lockhart stamps, Hydrangea and Zinnia. I stamped both images a couple of times and colored them in.
After choosing my favorite parts of the flowers, I used the 5/8" circle punch to punch out the flowers, then simply followed the instructions on the bracelet blanks. (Someone with a small wrist might need one fewer piece than I used; this is a fairly large bracelet.) I colored the flowers with my Copic markers in the colors shown above.
This is a really fun and simple project, and the Lockhart stamps are perfectly proportioned for this application. I have a couple of them made for Mother's Day presents, and I hope that my mom and mother-in-law enjoy wearing them as much as I enjoyed making them!
