Yippee Ki-yay--for Lindsay's birthday! Last Thursday was Lindsay at Cosmo Cricket's birthday; of course I wanted to use some of the new Wanted Mini Deck and chipboard.
I used a new Spellbinders Labels Sixteen die to mat the chipboard cowboy, leaving the die in place so that I could airbrush some sky and dust into the background. I used a Copic BG23 for the sky and an E57 on the brush tip to create a dusty spatter. (TIP: If you are using the Copic Airbrush system and a Copic Sketch marker, the chisel tip will give you a fine spray pattern, and the brush tip will give you more of a spatter pattern.)
The edge below the cowboy is cut with the largest Spellbinders Labels Eight die, and the tag type is computer-generated (Rosewood font), die cut with a double-ended tags die and cut to length. (Yes, I am now aware that yippee has two p's--not one. . . too late to change that!) That's it--Lindsay's birthday card! Thanks for stopping by.
