Tonight I'm happy to get to share pieces from the Papertrey Ink May release--so much girly, vintage loveliness to play with this month! I am thrilled that the Year of Flowers Collection is now a smaller set, a perfect size for the seed packet in Garden Variety, clearly. And that picket fence die? I adore it. Somebody might have to stage an intervention to keep me from plastering it on everything. . .
Another Garden Variety, but this time without the Year of Flowers Collection mixed in. I had to make myself leave that fence off. ;-) But that's okay--I had a Parisian Lace Doily die to use there. See how the Seed Packet frame die works? I love that graceful shape--it reminds me of Art Nouveau.
While I'm on a girly, vintage roll, I may as well share this card using Wildflower Garden. (Yes, I know it has a picket fence, but isn't that a fun little die?) I used a Zva Creative pearl flourish on this one as well (PE-02CB-141). Papers are from a Girls Paperie Vintage Whimsy 6" x 6" pad.
No pastels or fences here: I used the Est. 1776 set to make a card that would be appropriate for someone serving in the military.
Last one for now, combined with Wildflower Garden for the fern in the background, I have used the Beautiful Blessings set for an encouragement card. I like the cleanness of the font, and I love the verses that Nichole chose for this set as well. I'm sure I will use this one often. I also used an Edgers #3 die on this card.
So, what are your favorite sets from the May Papertrey Ink release?
