I blanket stitched everything here, except for French knots on the face (Hint: don't use quilting thread. It's too stiff. Stick to embroidery thread.) If you don't know how to blanket stitch, here is an excellent online tutorial.
Do you know how to make a shaker card? I took some pictures and could put together a quick tutorial if you would like one--let me know in the comments section. Otherwise, I'll skip it.
