Welcome! It's been a crazy-busy weekend here--I'm almost glad it's Monday! Today I am helping to introduce another new JustRite Stampers January release, Warm and Cozy Medallion Labels. The background is stamped with the new Ticking Stripe Background. I really like that the JustRite background stamps are large enough to cover my whole card front--and then some!
To cut the outer layer of the focal image I used the coordinating Nested Medallion Label dies; I hand-trimmed the outer edge of the inside (blue) layer and used a smaller Nested Label Medallion die to cut the center so that my raspberry layer would show through in the center. The "So Blessed" sentiment is cut with a Nested Lacey Pennants die template. Ribbon is Spring Rain Gingham from Papertrey Ink. I used a Copic RV00 and B41 to color in parts of the medallions.
While I went for a homespun, simple look, I have to tell you that several of the designers just BLEW me away with their elegant designs using this same set. You'll want to see them--enjoy, and thanks for stopping by!
