Welcome! It's Day 5 on our countdown toward the MFT Stamps August Release. You may be looking at my card and thinking, "I'm pretty sure that Die-namics Jungle Friends has already been released," and you'd be right! But the "Welcome Little One" sentiment is from a new release, and it comes in a set that I'm pretty excited about--Essential Sentiments. Do you have words for every occasion? I was lacking a few, but I'm much better covered now, thanks to Essential Sentiments!
If I don't have words on the front of my card, it seems almost unfinished to me; so I'm glad to have a set with not only a lot of words, but also words small enough that I should be able to fit them on the front of cards and still have plenty of room for a focal image. I needed a baby card for a friend's daughter, so I thought I would pull of my Jungle Friends Die-namics and pair it with Essential Sentiments. She's expecting a boy, and soon! The cardstock behind the vellum layer really is Sno Cone and Cool As a Cucumber; the vellum layer mutes color and softens it a bit though.
