Welcome! It's been a while, hasn't it? Cindy and I had classes in Dallas a couple of weekends ago, and then I went straight to my sister's house in Abilene to visit with my nephew and nieces for a few days. We're headed to Toronto for our last CCC classes of 2018 today. But in between there, I carved out a bit of time to play in the My Favorite Things Stamps Color Challenge 102! I actually have two cards to share today, so keep scrolling, okay?
Today's challenge colors are shown above. I used the Captivating Mandala stencil and airbrushed my CC102 colors on my background, as well as using them in felt or cardstock.
For my bonus card, I used the September FREEBIE with purchase set, thinking that it would work perfectly with the Color Challenge 102 colors. Since this set did not have a coordinating Die-namics set, I hand cut the simpler cacti and popped them up on foam tape for added dimension. I also used couple of Copics on this image to darken in a shadow side after stamping the images. (This card is NOT linked below since its stamp set isn't for sale. But you may have it already if you happened to order earlier in September.)
